The error message “We regret that your order could not be accepted…” could be seen on the payment platform when the transaction is unsuccessful on your end. In this knowledgebase article, we’ll walk you through various troubleshooting steps to help you identify the source of the payment error.
1 Select Your Current Location
The dropdown menu at the top-right corner of the checkout page displays the country you’re trying to pay from. If it displays a different country, click on it and select the correct country.
2 Turn Off Your VPN or Proxy
If you have a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy server enabled, turn it off. Some browsers have in-built VPNs, so check the browser settings to ensure it’s turned off.
3 Disable Your Ad Blocker
We would recommend turning off your ad blocker while attempting the transaction. Even if you did not install one, you should review your browser settings, as some browsers have built-in ad blockers, as shown below.
4 Ensure Your Card Supports International Payments
Rank Math only accepts payments made using a credit or debit card. Other types of cards, including prepaid cards, will not work.
Also, ensure that your credit or debit card supports subscription payments. For users outside the United States, ensure your card is approved to make international payments in US dollars ($).
Note: After following the above steps, attempt the payment again. If the issue persists, contact your bank to understand why your payment is being blocked and instruct them to approve it from their end.
